Project Manager – Polyurethane Blending Facility (System house)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing project while ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and senior management.
• Organize and lead project meetings, providing clear updates on progress and challenges.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address project issues and roadblocks to ensure smooth execution.
• Adapt plans as necessary to accommodate changes and new priorities.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, budgets, and change logs.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project performance and key metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant degrees.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
